The Board of Directors consists of six unit owners elected to serve the Association and be responsible to preserve, protect and enhance the Association for the benefit of all owners. Each year at the annual meeting the terms of three Board Members expire.  The primary purposes of the Annual Meeting are to elect owners to fill the expired terms and to report to the owners the status of the Association.  Each director elected at the Annual Meeting serves a two-year term. The officers include a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Only the members of the Board choose the officers. Traditionally the member elected President presides over the meetings of the Board.
