The Parking Garage is staffed 24 hours a day by parking attendants. There are many residents that have reserved parking stalls and the balance of resident vehicles are valet parked by the attendants. Guests of residents can also be valet parked. Guest Parking fees begin at $4.00 for one hour up to $20.00 for twenty-four hours. Monthly parking is $155 for valet and self-park spaces. The garage manager is Femi Yesufu and is in the office Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
The 24-hour Doorman staff greets all visitors from their desk immediately inside the entry lobby. Doormen announce guests of residents through an internal interphone system, prior to releasing the electronically controlled door to the inner lobby. In addition to screening visitors, the doormen assist with packages, luggage, signaling cabs and screening delivery personnel and contractors.
The Janitorial Staff are responsible for cleaning and maintenance throughout the common elements. Residents can call the doorman to leave a work order request which maintenance will perform within 24 hours. The Chief Engineer is Bill Stoicescu. Bill works 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies.
The Management Office is staffed by the Building Manager, Palma Paolillo, who is an employee of Wolin-Levin, Inc., the Management Company contracted by the Association.
